Refund policy
At Shimpin, we believe in transparency and fairness. We strictly follow a 7-day return, refund, and exchange policy from the date of product delivery. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our customer care team.
• If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
• This policy is applicable to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
2. Return Policy (After Delivery)
• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact
• All returns are subject to quality inspection by the Shimpin team.
• Products showing signs of wear, stains, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy (After Dispatch / Delivery)
• Once an order has been dispatched, refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.
• This rule is strictly applicable to prepaid as well as COD orders.
• Approved returns after dispatch or delivery will be refunded only in the form of Shimpin Store Credit.
• Store credit will be issued after the returned product is received and approved.
• Store credit:

Can be used for future purchases on the Shimpin website

Has no expiry date

Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
4. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, Shimpin Store Credit will be issued instead.
• Exchange policy applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
• Products returned without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse
• Products that fail quality inspection
6. Return Shipping & Pickup
• Return, pickup or shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
• Any shipping, COD, or handling charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
• Shimpin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
