Shimpin offers FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders, unless otherwise mentioned during special offers or promotions.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
• All confirmed orders are prepared and ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or high-order volumes.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and serviceability:
Urban & Semi-Urban Areas
• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Remote / Non-Serviceable Areas
• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or local restrictions.
3. Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery is subject to courier partner serviceability at the provided address.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes.
• COD availability depends on courier partner coverage.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Customers are advised to track their orders regularly for updates.
6. Delivery Attempts
• Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
• Re-dispatch of returned orders may attract additional charges.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Shimpin is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Natural calamities
• Courier partner delays
• Regional restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
• If a package is received in damaged or tampered condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
• Please do not accept visibly tampered packages.
